So remember that Exercise is a keystone habit, which once you develop, it will have a positive impact on every part of your life.

Break your personal cycles

Laziness is a byproduct of habit in many cases. It can be either directly or indirectly. This is true if you feel lazy around the same time of day or in the same circumstances.

This will make you feel awake and focused on your work because it is proven that when we put on an item of clothing it is common for the wearer to adopt the characteristics associated with that garment. 

A lot of clothing has symbolism, whether it is professional work attire or relaxing weekend wear. So when we put it on we prime the brain to behave in ways consistent with that meaning.

Minimizing the sense of perfectionism is a way to overcome laziness. You might feel confused about how can this be a strategy to get rid of being lazy and unmotivated. But the fact is, perfectionism is an enemy of productivity. 

It has the power to make you feel less motivated and lazier.

It is important to learn how to be less lazy. So it needs practice. you need to put in every small effort. Try to make small and consistent changes. When doing it, it can be difficult for our minds to measure our actions. although we feel like doing it right, we would have not practiced for days.

So it is important to write down things to keep track of your practice. You can keep a reminder by creating a spreadsheet, downloading a habit-tracking app, or reporting progress to a friend. 

Progress comes from practice and to get your progress, you need to practice.
