Spicy chicken pasta 

Chicken + Pasta + spicy makes the delicious combo of all time. This recipe is more than just spicy but has a complex flavor and this is perfect for a cozy night. 


How to make

Take a frying pan or saucepan and heat the oil. Add onion to it and allow to soften and brown it a little. Add sugar and passata and stir in the chicken, garlic, chili flakes, and seasoning. Cook it for ten minutes and bring it to simmer. 

According to the packet instructions of pasta, cook it in a large saucepan and drain and reserve the 100mls of water that is cooked. Return the pasta to the saucepan and add the spinach to the mixture of chicken and allow it to wilt. Add some cooking water and the sauce is too thick and stirs it through lemon juice.  

Add seasoning according to the taste if necessary. Mix the sauce with pasta and bring it to one bowl or individual pieces of mozzarella and sprinkle basil leaves over it. 

Spicy garlic shrimp

For quick preparation of food, you can try spicy garlic shrimp as it only takes 4 to 5 minutes to cook. They are healthy and delicious and perfect to have on hand for a last-minute dinner. 


How to make

Take a large skillet and heat it over medium-high heat, add extra virgin olive oil, 2 turns of the pan, and add garlic, pepper flakes, and the shrimp. Season it with salt and pepper or with grill seasoning and cook the shrimp for 3 minutes. Toss it with lemon zest and chopped parsley and then remove the shrimp and serve to leave the garlic cloves in the pan.

How to make 

Place a heavy-based saucepan over high heat by combining rice, stock, and tomato. Stir it and cover. After boiling reduce heat to low. Sim for 12 to 15 minutes until liquid is almost absorbed and rice is tender. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add onion and cook it while stirring it occasionally for 6 to 8 minutes until it gets softened and gold. Add garlic, cumin, oregano, ground coriander, and chili.

Cook, stirring for 1 minute or until fragrant. Remove from heat. Add onion mixture, beans, and lemon rind to the rice mixture. Combine and stir it with a fork. Set aside for 5 minutes. Fluff the rice with a fork, while seasoning salt and pepper. Stir in the chopped coriander and serve dolloped with yogurt and sprinkled with extra coriander
