They are high in fiber and one banana provides nearly 10% of your daily fiber requirement. It protects against Type 2 diabetes and supports weight loss. 

Although there are no side effects in eating them,  it is better if you need to eat them in moderation. Because when you eat fruits in excess, it can trigger headaches and sleepiness due to the amino acids consisted in it. Bananas that are overripe contain more of these acids. 

Eating a lot of bananas can cause problems in maintaining proper dental hygiene practices as they are sugary fruits and can lead to tooth decay. It can only be risky if you eat too much. 

If you eat dozens of bananas a day, it may be risky of an excessive amount of high vitamins and minerals. Therefore make sure to eat about two bananas a day

Blend the banana, yogurt, almond milk, flax meal, and vanilla extract in a blender to be thin or thick. To make it thinner, add some extra almond milk, or if you want to make it thick and creamy, then reduce the amount of almond milk.

Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8 x 4 inch nonstick or silicone loaf pan with parchment paper. Take a bowl and mash the bananas with a fork, and stir in milk, vanilla, vinegar, and mix it well. Take another bowl and stir together the other remaining ingredients with salt. Add the milk mixture to the flour and gently fold until it is combined. Pour the batter into a prepared pan. Sprinkle raisins on top. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until the toothpick is inserted in the center comes out clean. Let, the loaf cool completely before slicing.
