Baked white fish fillet is a delicious dinner recipe that is easy to make and pleases the crowd.

Take 2 cups of bread crumbs and mix lemon zest and parsley with it. Take the fish fillets and drench the fish fillets into the flour, then dip into the egg and drench it in the mixture of bread crumbs. And then bake it in 400 Fahrenheit (200 degrees) for 15 minutes by flipping it halfway. And then you will get a perfect baked fish and serve it with the sauce you like.

Fried Lemon butterfish is a simple and delicious pair for rice. It is mostly made in restaurants but you can make it easily at home.

Cut the fish into long thick slices. Make a mixture of 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, ¼ teaspoon of pepper, and some salt (use kosher salt if needed for a good taste). Mix the slices of fish with the mixture and season it. Take a separate bowl, mix butter, lemon zest and juice, and salt if needed. Take a pan and heat it with medium-high flame and put some butter and cook the seasoned fish.

Cook a side of fish for 2 to 3 minutes and toss it to the other side and cook it for a couple of minutes. Cook the fish until it becomes brown in color and looks flaky. Drizzle the lemon butter mixture and add fresh parsley while cooking. Make sure not to overcook because it might get tougher. After cooking add some pepper and salt for a better taste.

Cut the fish fillets into medium-sized pieces (if not use it as a whole piece) and sprinkle salt, pepper chili flakes, and lemon juice on both sides of the fish fillets. And cover it with a cling sheet and refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes. Take a bowl mix ½ cup of flour, ½ teaspoon of pepper, and 1 teaspoon of oregano with the salt needed and mix it well.

Take the fish pieces and drench them in the mixture well.  Drizzle some oil in the grill pan and place the fish and drizzle more oil on it and roast for 5 minutes with high flame and then flip it to the other side and roast it in medium-sized heat. Make sure that both the sides are roasted until golden brown color. After the fish is grilled take it and serve it with grilled veggies.
