This is the best idea for a first date and the most romantic recipe ever.  It gives you a much of a tangy kick and will be just as impressive. It is full of creamy, salty, and full of garlic with a classic combination of sundried tomatoes and cream. As everything cooks together, the flavors will all marry just right.


How to make 

First, you need to preheat the oven to 375°. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. 

Take a large oven-safe skillet and keep it over medium-high heat. Add oil and heat.  Sear, the seasoned chicken skin-side down, until golden, 4 to 5 minutes per side. 

Transfer the chicken to a plate and pour off half the fat from the skillet.

Return the skillet to medium heat. Add garlic, red pepper flakes, and thyme. Cook for 1 minute, and stir in broth, heavy cream, sun-dried tomatoes, and Parmesan, and season with salt. 

Bring to a simmer, then return chicken to skillet, skin-side up. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake until the chicken is cooked through for 17 to 20 minutes make sure that when the chicken is pierced with a knife, the juices run clear. 

Garnish with basil and serve.

How to make

Preheat oven to 350F. 

Take a large bowl. Add chicken, artichokes, grated parmesan, 1/2 the basil, 1 cup mozzarella, and tomatoes. Combine and set aside. Take a separate bowl using an electric mixer and beat cream cheese, garlic, half and half, and salt and pepper to taste until it gets combined well. Stir in half the basil using a spoon. 

Set half of the cream cheese mixture aside and with the chicken mixture, stir the remaining half. Take half of the cream cheese mixture and  spread it into a 9×13 baking dish while covering the bottom, 

Lay 3 noodles on top and then top with 1/3 of the chicken mixture. Repeat two times with the noodles and chicken mixture, ending with a noodle layer. Top it with the last half of the cream cheese mixture. 

Place the whole milk mozzarella slices on top in rows of three. And sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and top it with basil. Bake for 25 min or until heated through.

Slice and serve.

Quesadilla Cake

How to make 

Preheat oven to 400° and with cooking spray grease an 8″ or 9″ springform pan. Take a large skillet and keep it over medium heat. Add oil and heat. Then add onion and cook, stirring until it becomes soft for about 5 minutes. 

Add garlic and spices and cook until fragrant for at least 1 minute. Add and cook ground beef for about 6 minutes until no longer pink, using a wooden spoon, and break up the meat. Drain fat. 

To the skillet, return the beef mixture and heat it over medium heat, and stir in tomatoes and tomato paste. Cook for 2 minutes more, then season with salt and pepper. 

Place a tortilla on the bottom of the prepared springform pan and top it with a layer of the beef mixture and a handful of both kinds of cheese. Repeat it with five layers and end it with cheese. 

Bake it until the cheese gets melty and the tortillas are warmed for 20 minutes. Cool in pan for 5 minutes. Garnish with desired toppings before slicing and serving.

Chocolate Lava Mug Cake

These can be made individually and you don’t have to make a big batch when you only need two. You can either use a big Lindt chocolate ball or smaller pieces of chocolate to make it look super rich and you would probably get the same effect. It would be gooey on the inside, rich and fudgy on the outside.

How to make

In a large mug, put 3 tablespoons of butter and melt in the microwave for about 20 seconds. Add sugar, all-purpose flour, unsweetened cocoa, and a big pinch of salt. Mix it well until it gets nice and chocolatey. 

Add milk, egg, and baking powder and stir until you get a nice and smooth batter. On top of the batter, place 1oz of your favorite Chocolate. Pour a tablespoon of water over the center by covering the chocolate to make the chocolate mug cake delicious, melted center. 

Pop it into the microwave for about 1 minute and 20 seconds. Start with 60 seconds and check your cake. The top should still be a little sticky, but fully set.

This is pretty classic with mayonnaise, egg, Worcestershire sauce, and great crab meat. I fried crab to make them a little crispy to have the perfect texture, but the baking powder keeps them fluffy.


How to make

Take a medium mixing bowl. Add the crushed crackers with the crabmeat and combine. 

Take a small mixing bowl, add mayonnaise, egg, Worcestershire Sauce, baking powder, hot sauce, and parsley and whisk together until it gets smooth.

Fold the mayonnaise mixture gently with the crabmeat mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until ready to cook.

Then divide the crabmeat mixture into 8 equal parts and pat it into 1½-inch hamburger-like patties very gently.  Make sure that you do not overdo it. Set the patties aside until ready to cook.

Set a large skillet over medium heat and, when it gets hot, add oil and heat until it shimmers. The crab cakes should be set in the hot oil and cooked, for about 3 minutes per side and they should be golden brown on both sides. 

Do not crowd the skillet, so cook the crab cakes in two batches. Transfer the cooked cakes to a paper towel-lined plate to remove excess oil and then to a serving plate. Garnish with fresh dill leaves and a wedge of fresh lemon.

Serve with Homemade Tartar Sauce.

Creamy Tuscan Shrimp

How to make

over medium-high heat, keep a large skillet and heat oil for 2 minutes until the hot oil is sizzling hot. Add shrimp and season it with salt and pepper. 

Until the shrimp becomes nicely browned on both sides, sauté for 5 minutes and set aside on a plate. Add butter, garlic, and sun-dried tomatoes in the same skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in flour and mix until well combined. Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. 

Stir well and bring the sauce to a simmer. Reduce the heat to medium and keep stirring until thickened to the desired consistency.

Stir in spinach and cook until softened for about 1 minute. Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and toss well to coat. Sprinkle basil on top and serve immediately over pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes. And enjoy eating.

How to make

To make the cupcakes, 

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees and line a cupcake baking pan with paper liners and set aside. Open the bottle and measure out 1 ½ cups of champagne and for about 6 to 8 minutes, place in a saucepan and simmer. Let it reduce to a measurement of only ¾ cup of liquid remaining. 

Let it cool down to room temperature. From it, reserve 1-2 Tablespoons for the buttercream frosting. 

Take a small bowl and measure and whisk together flour, salt, and baking powder and set aside. In a separate bowl, beat butter and vanilla together using an electric mixer until it gets smooth and creamy. Then add sugar, vegetable oil, and eggs. Continue mixing until combined.

Make the mixer to a medium speed and alternate gradually between adding flour and concentrated liquid champagne. Stir until each one is almost completely combined before adding the next. As you work, scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl.  Fill cupcake liners ¾ full and bake for 18-20 minutes.

To make the Pink Champagne Buttercream Frosting, 

Take a large bowl, and using an electric mixer, beat butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and 2 tablespoons of the champagne reduction until smooth. Add milk as needed to reach desired consistency.
