- 16 ounces of raw camel milk or pasteurized camel milk
- Three egg yolks
- ½ cup maple syrup
- Two teaspoons of vanilla extract

How to make
Take a small pot and mix maple syrup and egg yolk. Add this mixture of camel milk and mix. Heat it over medium flame and continuously stir with the help of a whisk until the mixture begins to boil. - Olive oil spray

How to make
Preheat the oven to 200C for 20 minutes.
Take a bowl and beat the eggs, camel milk, Parmesan cheese, pepper, and salt together until they found a custard-like consistency. Peel the sweet potato and cook it partially before slicing it into thin pieces.
Then slice three tomatoes thinly. Take a baking dish and spray it with olive oil spray.
Line the dish with a layer of sweet potato and follow up with a layer of tomatoes. Sprinkle the dried Chives and add a layer of spinach, and another layer of tomatoes, and again sprinkle dried chives. Follow it by adding a layer of basil.
Pour the custard egg and camel milk mixture over the vegetable stack and sprinkle generously with a cup of grated cheese into the dish. Bake in the preheated oven until the custard has set and the cheese has browned.
