Aloe vera

These plants improve several aspects of skin health that affect dark circles.  To improve skin hydration and the appearance of dark circles, you can apply aloe vera gel to the skin daily and leave it overnight. 

Take a teaspoon of aloe vera and massage it to the affected area.  Leave it at night and wash it off in the morning.  If you follow this every night you can find an effective result. 

Rosewater

This is one of the effective remedies to get rid of dark circles.  Rose water can be refreshing and can practically be used for almost all skin types and for skin-related issues.  It is highly beneficial to reduce the redness, and puffiness, and lightening the skin tone.  It is good for skin cells around the eyes and helps in blood flow as well as quickens the process of reducing dark circles. 

Take cotton eye pads and soak them in rose water and place them over the eyelids. leave it for 10 to 15 minutes and remove it. Do this every night for a month to see the best results. 

Cucumber

Take one cucumber and a teaspoon of aloe vera gel. Blend the ingredients and make a thick paste. Apply this paste to the affected areas and leave it on for 15 minutes. Wash off with water. Apply this paste once every day.

Almond oil

One of the best remedies to treat dark circles is almond oil.  It is best with the combination of lemon juice acid is has an active component along with the nutrients to help reduce water retention. Take a teaspoon of almond oil and a few drops of lemon juice and mix it well.  Apply it gently around the eye area and massage and let it rest for 2 to 3 minutes. And then rinse it well.

Caffeinated tea bags can be used under your eyes to get rid of eye bags. Research has found green tea to have potential anti-inflammatory effects. Caffeine contains powerful antioxidants and it increases the blood flow to the skin. While it is also said to protect against UV rays and slow down the aging process. 

Steep two tea bags for 3 to 5 minutes and let the tea bags chill in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes. Squeeze out the extra liquid and apply it to the under-eye area. Leave the tea bags for 15 to 30 minutes. 

Potatoes

They contain a lot of Vitamin C and are great for the synthesis of collagen to promote healthier and young-looking skin. They have anti-inflammatory compounds that help with blood circulation and reduce puffiness and under-eye swelling. 

Slice two thin rounds of potato and place in a small dish. Put it in the freezer for 20 to 30 minutes. When you are ready, place the slices over both your eyes for 15 minutes. You can save some potato juice from the brightening mask and soak two cotton pads and place them in the freezer for half an hour. Place the cotton balls over the eyes for 15 minutes. 

Essential oils 

You can use Lavender oil for its calming and soothing effect on the skin and nerves. The lemon oil aids in relieving stress and contains natural antioxidants. Applying them makes the skin under the eyes to be healthier and toned. The properties of essential oil like anti-inflammatory and anti-irritant help relieve the puffiness under the eyes. 

You can use a combination of essential oils like one drop of lavender oil, lemon oil, chamomile oil, and one teaspoon of water. Gently massage them under the eyes before going to bed and leave them on overnight. Do this every night to get effective results.

Take an egg white and a soft brush. Whip the egg white in a bowl until it becomes stiff, and use a soft brush or cloth to apply the egg white under the eyes and let it dry for some time. Wash it off with lukewarm water after 15 minutes.
